Returns

No returns or exchanges are accepted, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Returns due to a change of mind, ordering error, or incompatibility are not accepted.

Manufacturing Defect

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at the following address: info@griffelatelier.ca

Please provide clear photos of the product and the defect. After verification, if the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement.

Damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Package Upon Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of the package and the product. We will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
